Black Eye Peas
Ingredients
- 2 cups (16 ounces) black-eye peas
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons dry onion flakes
- 1/2 taspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Sweetener, to taste (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine all and place in a 1-1/2 quart sprayed dish.
Bake, uncovered, 1 hour.
